Home made Christmas Gifts: 
GINGERBREAD SNOWFLAKES
Decorate gingerbred cookies with light blue icing and
silver ball decorations.

Home made Christmas gifts: Snowflake gingerbread

 You will need:
(20-25 gingerbread snowflakes)
 - gingerbread flowers
- silver ball decorations
- icing: ˝ egg white + 1˝ dl icing sugar + blue food coloring

Directions: 
Bake gingerbread flowers (or snowflakes) yourself or buy them. Mix together icing sugar, egg white and a tiny bit of blue food coloring until smooth. Pipe designs on gingerbred flowers like in the picture and add silver ball decorations immediately.

Tip: pipe icing yourself and let kids add silver ball decorations - it´s fun to decorate gingerbread cookies together with kids!
