3 dl flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1˝ dl sugar
1 dl vegetable oil or melted butter
˝ dl milk or juice
Icing & decorating:
1 dl icing sugar + ~ 1 ˝ tsp lemon juice or water
Beat the butter and sugar
together until smooth. Whisk in eggs. Combine flour with baking powder
and some vanilla extract. Combine all and process until smooth.
the dough into approximately 20 egg shaped cookies. Place on a baking
tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes, oven
preheated to 180 ° C / 350 ° F. Let the cookies cool before decorating.
Mix 1 dl icing sugar with approximately 1 ˝ tsp lemon juice or
water till smooth. Spread on the cookies and dip in sprinkles.
