If your staying in Playa del Ingles or any other big holiday resort in Gran Canaria you´ll be gladly surprised to find yourself in the wooden surroundings of Sioux City. The contrast is striking! Walking around Sioux City you can almost imagine you´ve arrived in an old western town, not in just another theme park.

A PERFECT DAY TRIP

It´s a good idea to arrive early in Sioux City. There will be regural shows around the city along the day and if it happens to be warm and sunny day the atmosphere feels very real.

None of our kids - aged 1 - 8 years - were scared about the shows but it´s a good point to consider that the shows are very authentic and some kids may feel intimidated by the noises. When you get hungry you can eat and drink in Saloon. On Fridays there are barbecue evenings and it´s great fun for all the family. A photo of a show on the main street. .
